Yesterday was really, really annoying. I built a prototype of the Neo Geo adapter board. Took about an hour. Plugged it in, realised all the button mappings were wrong. I decided to change the design of the Retro Adapter V2. Instead of using the centre pins of the DB-25 for extra option “jumpers”, I changed to using a three position switch (on – off – on). The main reason for doing this is that it frees me from just having to use a DB-25. [...]
